Meet Dee Watkins, an early retiree turned life enthusiast. Retired from AT&T as a Long-Range Planning and Network Engineer after a 30-year career. She is a long-time investor in real estate as well as the stock market. Dee now thrives in the dynamic world of day trading and investing, sharing her financial wisdom by coaching others in personal finance. It is a goal and passion of hers to help other black and brown women reach a higher level of financial independence and literacy.
Armed with a Masters Degree in Information Systems, Dee uses her tech background to guide her investing and trading. She currently runs two YouTube channels, both in the financial niche, her most known channel is Brown Girls Invest Too. She finds joy in traveling and exploring the diverse landscapes that the world has to offer. She has been embracing the cultural richness of Mexico, currently living the life of an immigrant/expat in San Miguel De Allende. In her downtime, you'll likely catch Dee out on walks with her two dogs or indulging her taste buds in the culinary wonders the world has to offer.
